Parking/ Neighborhood information: The Hyde Park community is often tight on parking so plan ahead and arrive a few minutes early. Meter parking is available in front of the building and on the surrounding blocks. Free parking can be found on Harper street (the block located west of the building) and other blocks west and south of building. If convenient metered or free parking is unavailable, another efficient solution is the parking lot/garage option. There is a parking lot located behind the Akira/Promontory building (the building next door). Additionally, there is a parking garage located in the U Chicago/LA Fitness/Chipotle/Starbucks building across the street. This garage can be accessed from Lake Park Ave.

We can provide validation for $12 (for up to two hours) parking in our garage. Our Parking Garage for 680 N Lakeshore drive building entrance can be found at 475 E Huron St and is located on the south side of Huron Street between Lake Shore Drive and McClurg Court. You can also find very reasonable rates for our parking garage by visiting parking.com and purchasing parking online.
