1.) For private pay rates or to determine if your insurance is accepted click

3.) Complete intake forms and consents online within 24-48 hours 

4.) Sessions remain 100% virtual/online - see virtual tips for session below

General Virtual Session Tips

****At the time of your appointment you should:

A.) Ensure you are logged on a few minutes prior to your session and checked your camera.

B.) Be located in a space that is safe, secure, private, and free of distractions

C.) As always Be prepared for therapy (As always consider your environment/space, clothes, mindset—- have water, journal, pen, and yourself accessible) Be ready for a great session!

Standard expectations and policies remain consistent. Thus, if you need to reschedule or cancel, as always please do at least 48 hours in advanced. I look forward to seeing you in session.
